I'm over a decade postpartum, will Strong Core & Pelvic Floor still work for me?
Yes, It's never too late to start strengthening your core and pelvic floor and recover from postpartum injuries. 

How soon postpartum can I start this program?
 The phase 1 of the program which focuses on breathing can be done as early as 2 weeks postpartum. However, before engaging in this program get a clearance from your doctor.

I had a c-section delivery, can I do this program?
Yes. I also had a c-section delivery as well. After the adequate healing time suggested by your doctor, you can start this program. 

How long are the exercises ?
You can complete them within 15 minutes but I recommend to doing them twice a day to speed up recovery.

When will I start seeing results? 
Every one recovers differently,  and be gentle with yourself as you start this program. However, If you put in the work, you could start noticing results within 4 weeks.

Can I start building 6-pack abs with this program?
After completing your recovery, there is an option for advanced ab workouts. With a right nutrition and strength training regimen you can indeed build 6-pack abs.
