As a busy full-time mom, I understand the struggle of finding the time, energy, and motivation to prioritize fitness goals.
That's why, after having my daughter, I knew I needed to make fitness a lifestyle to set an example for the next generation and build the strength and vitality required for raising a healthy human.
For me, fitness is not only about working out and eating healthy. It’s about finding a balance.
I've always been passionate about fitness and nutrition, and it started when I was a teenager collecting pictures of bodybuilders, dreaming of becoming one someday.
After earning my WBFF pro card and placing second in my first bodybuilding competition, I became inspired to pursue a career in fitness training.
Since then, I have dedicated myself to continuously educating myself on fitness and nutrition to help others achieve their fitness goals.
After becoming a mom at age 37, I was faced with many challenges such as slower metabolism, adrenal fatigue, core and pelvic floor dysfunction, lack of time and gym closures due to the pandemic lockdowns. All of which impacted my ability to stay fit like I did in my 20s and early 30s.
My pain became my purpose and I dedicated myself to and finding a new approach for getting back in shape.
After having a massive success with my own postpartum weight loss and helping friends in my circle do the same, I created the “postpartum Home Shred” program to help other moms reach their fitness goals as well.

I believe that many women approach weight loss and fitness in the wrong way.
You can lose your pregnancy weight and get shredded at any age. I am 40!
You can get shredded from home with minimal equipment.
Your genetics do not define your body, your diet and lifestyle do.
You don't have to go on a restrictive diet to achieve your fitness goals.
You can burn fat and build muscle by eating a holistic macro based nutrition without giving up the foods you love.
Regular exercise not only boosts your energy levels, but also helps to build mental strength, which is especially important for moms.
Strength training is a powerful anti-aging tool that helps you to stay happy and youthful for life.
