When I became a mom during the pandemic lockdowns, I faced a common challenge that many mothers have encountered - getting back in shape from home with no access to gyms or equipment.
Overcoming obstacles such as Diastasis Recti, incontinence, adrenal fatigue, hormonal imbalance, low energy, poor sleep, and lack of motivation was a difficult journey.
However, I refused to let these challenges defeat me and discovered a new style of training that enabled me to bounce back to my pre-baby weight and get shredded while balancing the demands of busy mom life.
